Job Description Collaborating with research to understand customer needs and impact on satisfaction. Analyzing market trends and industry activities to inform design decisions. Generating Creative Ideas by proposing innovative solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders. Crafting user-centric experiences through the definition of user experience concepts, collaboration with UX Researchers, and meticulous execution of usability testing. Utilizing data to establish key metrics, exploring analytics for insights, and iterating research methods based on testing and analysis. Demonstrating extensive knowledge of the tech stack, designing for different platforms, and utilizing design software effectively. Identifying, analyzing problems, and proposing innovative solutions. Communicating effectively, fostering collaboration, and building positive relationships within and across teams.
