UX Researcher Position Available In Wake, North Carolina

Description We are seeking an insightful and strategic UX Researcher to join our growing product and design team. In this role, you’ll lead research initiatives to uncover user behaviors, needs, and motivations through both qualitative and quantitative methods. Your insights will guide product strategy, inform design decisions, and help create intuitive, meaningful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design and execute user research studies, including interviews, usability tests, surveys, diary studies, and field research + Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define research goals and integrate findings into the product development process + Analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights, personas, journey maps, and design recommendations + Communicate research findings to stakeholders at all levels through compelling storytelling and reports + Advocate for the user and ensure their voice is heard throughout the product lifecycle + Contribute to the development and improvement of research practices, tools, and processes + Stay current on UX trends, best practices, and new research methodologies Requirements + 2+ years of experience in UX research or a related field + Proficiency in a variety of research methods (e.g., usability testing, contextual inquiry, surveys, card sorting) + Strong understanding of human-centered design and UX principles + Experience using research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Maze, or similar + Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences + Excellent collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills + Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Design, or related field Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
