We re looking for a Senior User Researcher tojoin the Enterprise Experience team. The Enterprise Experience teamis responsible for building exceptional digital experiences acrossour 50,000 global employee base in partnership with Technology, HR,Talent, Operations, Finance, and Legal organizations. You willprovide research to help define the design strategy for alldeveloper tools in the Enterprise Technology Organization includingthe developer marketplace, software delivery, and cloud providerplatforms. About the Role As a Senior Researcher, you will beresponsible for scoping and executing custom research regardingdata with the client. You will partner with UX Product Designers,UX Content Strategists, business teams, and Information Technologyto understand business objectives, technology capabilities, andensue design solutions meet user needs.

Responsibilities:

Undergeneral direction, plans and conducts user research activities (forexample, usability testing, online surveys, and customerinterviews) and translates findings into actionable customerinsights that inform product development and optimization.

Contributes to the product development process, includingidentifying customer needs, ideation, testing and continuouslygathering customer feedback throughout the entire productdevelopment process Executes user research for assigned projectsRecommends the right research method to employ for the hypothesisor business problem at hand in order to deliver relevant andactionable learnings (for example, usability testing, onlinesurveys, interviews, contextual inquiry, focus groups). Contributesto the objective-setting and discovery process, including userpersona development, journey-mapping and interpreting user goals.

Contributes to testing of concepts as well as in-productionexperiences. Moderates usability studies and maintains bestpractices and techniques to ensure quality and confidence infindings. Helps teams incorporate customer feedback loopsthroughout the product lifecycle. Contributes to expert reviews andheuristic evaluations to identify opportunities within the userinterface to improve usability and/or accessibility according toindustry standards and best practices. Communicates clear, conciseand objective research findings that focus on actionable insightswithout prescribing solutions. Works collaboratively, seekingconstructive feedback and integrating feedback to improve researchexpertise.

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in HumanFactors, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, or arelated field. Master s degree preferred. 4 years of experienceExpertise in a variety of qualitative research methods, includingrunning usability studies and lean usability tests, conductingcustomer research interviews, and writing expert (heuristic)reviews. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel,PowerPoint). Familiarity with quantitative research tools, such asValidately and UserZoom. Familiarity with methodologies such asDesign Thinking and Lean UX. Advanced written and oralcommunication skills. Ability to present projects and statusreports to UX team leadership. Strong organization and analyticthinking skills, with ability to synthesize research findings intocommon themes. Proven track record of collaborating effectivelywith cross-functional teams
