About the Role The team is focused on delivering world-class digital experiences for over 50,000 global employees by partnering with Technology, HR, Talent, Operations, Finance, and Legal. In this role, you’ll lead research efforts that shape the design strategy for developer tools across the Enterprise Technology Organization-including developer marketplaces, software delivery systems, and cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct user research activities (e.g., usability testing, surveys, interviews) Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform product development Recommend appropriate research methodologies based on business needs Contribute to user persona development, journey mapping, and goal identification Test concepts and live experiences, moderate usability studies, and ensure research quality Conduct expert reviews and heuristic evaluations to improve usability and accessibility Communicate research findings clearly and objectively, focusing on actionable insights Collaborate cross-functionally and integrate feedback to continuously improve research practices

Requirements Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, HCI, Information Design, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Experience:
