UX Specialist Position Available In Middlesex, New Jersey

Description We are looking for a UX Specialist to join our team in Edison, New Jersey. In this role, you will focus on crafting exceptional user experiences that align with brand objectives and meet user needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative and technical skills, with expertise in design tools and a deep understanding of user-centric design principles.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces using tools such as Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to ensure seamless integration of UX designs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
• Implement and optimize designs for Android platforms, ensuring compatibility and responsiveness.
• Perform A/B testing to analyze user behavior and refine designs for enhanced usability.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms by adhering to established design guidelines.
• Utilize CSS to customize and enhance design elements for digital applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve user experience strategies. Requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD.
• Experience with Android development and creating responsive designs.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to conduct and analyze A/B testing for design optimization.
• Knowledge of CSS for design customization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.
• Familiarity with current trends in UX design and digital marketing.
