Join a global healthcare leader as a UX/UI Designer and make a real impact on how patients and healthcare professionals interact with vital information. As a key member of the Experience Design team, partnering with Aquent, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping a cohesive and impactful digital experience. Your expertise will be essential in crafting reusable design templates that will become the foundation of a dynamic, themeable design system. This system will power numerous websites, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience across multiple brands and go-to-market strategies.
Be a driving force in this innovative project, leading the discovery and design process for a suite of templates and layouts. You’ll collaborate closely with business and technology partners to gather requirements, analyze existing brand experiences, and identify opportunities for standardization and simplification. Your keen eye for design and deep understanding of UX/UI best practices will be instrumental in creating templates that are both visually appealing and highly functional. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale design system initiative, leaving a lasting impact on the digital landscape of a leading healthcare company.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the discovery and design of website templates for integration into a themeable design system.
Assess existing brand experiences to identify commonalities, distinctions, and opportunities for standardization.
Ensure alignment with existing design system standards and global parent design system guidelines.
Collaborate with leadership to prioritize and guide the incorporation of templates into the design system.
Pilot end-to-end design system workflows, iterating on templates as needed.
Maintain and evolve templates to meet evolving user needs.

Must-Haves:

Expertise in Figma, including libraries, components, variable modes, tokens, and auto-layout.
Proven experience in leveraging and building design systems.
Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $85 to $95 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
