Looking for a solid Product engineer on my AI team with the following skillsets:
Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, translating customer insights and business objectives into apelling product vision and a data-driven roadmap. You will own the “what” and the “why,” ensuring our product delivers a world-class user experience that drives customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Champion a user-centric culture by developing and executing aprehensive UI/UX and Customer Experience (CX) strategy. This includes conducting user research, creating user personas and journey maps, and utilizing A/B testing and analytics to continuously optimize the digital experience across all touchpoints.
Serve as the crucial bridge between design, engineering, and business stakeholders. Your background in software development will be critical in translating product requirements into detailed technical specifications, facilitating sprint planning, and ensuring the feasibility and timely delivery of new features and enhancements.
Collaborate closely with our engineering team to make informed decisions on technology stacks, architecture, and development priorities. You will be expected to engage in technical discussions, understand theplexities of the development process, and advocate for best practices that ensure a scalable, secure, and high-performing product.
Define and analyze key product metrics and KPIs to measure the success of features and initiatives, making data-informed decisions to iterate and improve the product. You will be responsible formunicating product performance and insights to executive leadership and the broader team
