Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Regulated Voice Recording Engineer to join their team. As a Regulated Voice Recording Engineer, you will be part of the technology department supporting global initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a progressive mindset, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

• What’s the Job?
• + Plan, deploy, and maintain voice recording solutions that meet regulatory standards, ensuring seamless integration with adjunct voice technology platforms.

+ Manage the transition of technology change and complex technical projects in the Regulated Voice Recording environment. + Translate requests into a technical scope of work and evaluate user impact on execution strategy. + Ensure all voice recording systems adhere to industry standards and compliance with jurisdiction requirements. + Effectively communicate overall program and status updates to key business stakeholders.

• What’s Needed?
• + Demonstrated experience delivering technology solutions, preferably in voice and video. + Proficient in database navigation scripting in MySQL and MSSQL. + Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail. + Ability to interact effectively with customers and leadership as needed. + 10 years of experience working on technology initiatives; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
