Senior UX Designer Position Available In New York, New York

Job Description Insight Global is seeking and Senior UX Designer to support a customer facing design portfolio. The portfolio will be focused on a mix of mobile app, mobile web and web based design. Understanding UX functionality is important but a large portion of deliverables for the role will be focused on UI and Visual design in partnership with Experience Managers and Marketing teams. It is important for candidates to understand an omnichannel, customer facing environment with multiple digital touchpoints. Candidates will be focused on a sales shop experience partnering with a Digital Merchandising team to design offers, deals and customer learning experiences. On a day to day candidates will be meeting with product and development stakeholders, working with them to discuss and implement design and share design thought process and strategy for improvements to the overall product, as well as working within a enterprise design system to create pixel perfect visuals. There is a content strategy team and design research team candidates will partner with to be able to focus on designing the experience. The team is eager for someone to take initiative, build strong stakeholder relationships and be autonomous.
