UI/UX Designer Location:

New York, NY | Hybrid Full Time Proven experience in Ui Ux Design designing enterprise-grade application UIs preferably in a Financial domain. Solid understanding of web technologies, modern front-end frameworks and data grids. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work with front office and key stakeholders to gather Ux stories , requirements and refine designs. Desired Experience with React.js , OpenFIn containers and similar ecosystem. Experience in 3Forge and AMI scripting for building enterprise-grade applications and UIs is a plus. Prior experience migrating legacy user interfaces for complex systems, preferably in the financial or enterprise domain will be a plus Understanding of Agile Concepts Desired Skills Experience with Test Driven Development Knowledge of stock loan / equity swaps a plus Knowledge of the trade lifecycle (Trading, Middle Office, Settlements) a plus

Securities Lending Sybase Exit Workbench Modernization
Modernizing Global Securities Lending UI stack is one of the critical prerequisites for Global Securities Lending (GSL) to successfully transition away from the legacy Sybase database infrastructure. This initiative is focused on decoupling approximately 175 UIs across various technologies, of which 75-100 have dependencies on Sybase, unlocking key strategic benefits:
Real-time Data Visualization Seamlessly integrate multiple data sources across GBAM LoB s for faster, more informed decision-making.
Reduced Eliminate Sybase Dependencies Streamline architecture to accelerate Bank s goal of eliminating Sybase by end of 2027 and simplify ongoing tech operations. Migrate all Sybase dependent UI s to work with either AMPS or MS SQL Server
Cost Operating Efficiency Shrink our UI footprint to drive significant infrastructure savings and long-term scalability. Consolidate UI s and modernize to reduce number of technologies thereby reducing NPT effort.
Phase 1 of this Project consists of analysis of UI s having Sybase dependency, come up with a migration plan and fixed bid to execute the plan. Phase 2 will involve the development and migration of UI s to achieve the target state.
