Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a seasoned Experience Designer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive UX strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and cater to the needs of the users across multiple features. This role is integral to the company’s commitment to providing a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop UX strategies and execute UX wireframes to align with business objectives and user needs across multiple features
Visualize user journeys, secure buy-in on IA recommendations, and field requirements
Utilize Figma to apply UI and UX skills to an established product
Design frameworks, systems, and components to deliver consistent UX across various user touchpoints
Ensure continuity between UX prototypes and end-user experience; monitor and review development execution
Support user observation and research; use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions

Skills Required:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in User Experience Design (UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, or Experience Design)
Proficiency in Figma, Confluence, Jira, and Visual Design/UI
Strong communication/presentation skills for UX concepts in a large team environment
Ability to advocate for users and inspire a culture of design thinking
Proactive in identifying and acting on opportunities for improvement
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
Additional UX certifications are a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
