Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Experience Designer to support the development, maintenance, and evolution of our design systems.
This position plays a critical role in creating and refining Figma and Angular components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring accessibility and usability standards are met. The ideal candidate has a strong background in UI/UX design, systems thinking, and hands-on design system experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update design documentation and graphics
Construct, rectify, and test Figma components
Create development specifications
Design and test Angular components
Collaborate with content and ADA accessibility partners
Stay updated on competitive analysis of other design systems
Respond to help desk inquiries
Participate in or facilitate design system meetings and reviews
Work on special projects as requested
Skills Required:
3-5 years of experience in Design Systems
Proficiency in Figma
Ability to manage meetings and presentations
Strong understanding of Systems Thinking
Expertise in UI Design, UX Design, and Design Systems
Experience as an Individual Contributor Designer
Detail-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong critical thinking abilities
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
UX Bootcamp Design certificates accepted
