UX Specialist ($50,000 – $80,000/yr.) Kencove Farm Fence, Inc. We are seeking a talented UX Specialist to lead improvements in workflow design and customer experience, helping us deliver smarter systems and simpler shopping. Position Overview As a UX Specialist at Kencove, you’ll play a critical role in improving how our team works—and how our customers engage with us online. This hybrid role balances internal process design with external customer experience innovation. You will collaborate with IT, sales, marketing, and leadership to assess workflows, uncover user needs, and design intuitive solutions that drive clarity, efficiency, and ease of use.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Process & Systems Optimization Evaluate and improve internal tools (ERP, CRM, inventory, order processing) Create process maps, wireframes, and UI mockups for new or revised workflows Partner with internal users (sales, warehouse, customer service) to identify pain points Collaborate with IT/development teams to scope and implement system enhancements Prioritize projects that reduce friction, increase accuracy, and streamline communication

Customer-Facing UX & Digital Experience:

Map the user journey across our ecommerce site, dealer portal, and digital touchpoints Design, test, and recommend digital features for both DIY and professional customers Analyze industry trends in B2B and ag retail ecommerce to inform design decisions Prototype and refine web solutions that simplify buying, support, and reordering Support crossfunctional teams in launching intuitive customer interfaces

Experience:

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, service design, or related product roles Proficiency in journey mapping, wireframing, and process visualization Experience collaborating with developers to bring UX concepts to life Familiarity with ecommerce, B2B platforms, or internal business systems Strong communication skills with a practical, usercentered mindset

Bonus:

Experience in agriculture, construction, field service, or logistics environments
