We’re seeking an exceptional candidate to oversee all aspects of the business, from strategy and operations to finance and project execution. You will work closely with our clients and partners to optimize processes, drive growth, and ensure the company reaches its full potential. The General Manager’s duties include:

Business Management:

In conjunction with the Principal, develop and execute strategic plans to scale the company and drive long-term success.

Finance & Budgeting:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure profitability and sustainability.

Operations & Process Improvement:

Streamline operations, improve efficiencies, and implement best practices to enhance productivity.

Contracting & Compliance:

Manage contracts, agreements, and compliance requirements to protect the company’s interests and ensure smooth operations.

Project Management:

Oversee client projects, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and risk management.

Consultant & Vendor Management:

Identify, onboard, and manage external consultants and vendors to support business needs.

Marketing & Website Management:

Develop and implement marketing strategies, oversee digital presence, and manage website updates to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Brand Representation & Development:

Represent UI Collab at various functions and events, engaging with external stakeholders and potential clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree 3 years of program/project management or professional business experience

Requirements:

Proven experience in business management, finance, operations, contracting, project management, consultant management, marketing, and website management. Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial planning. Track record of successfully managing contracts, external partners, and marketing initiatives.

LOCATION

This position is located in Columbia, SC, USA. UIDP operates under a hybrid work schedule, and staff work 3-4 days/week in the office.
