Overview We are seeking a talented Intermediate UX Designer. The ideal candidate will have experience in UX design and familiarity with financial services. This role requires proficiency in problem-solving, technical aptitude, and decision-making skills. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and provide effective solutions to design-related challenges as assigned.
• Create and manage user interfaces in Figma.
• Create prototypes for usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers to uncover constraints, refine, and implement designs using Jira.
• Attend meetings and document outcomes in Confluence to ensure alignment on design direction.
• Review blueprints, storyboards, personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs to understand the problem.
• Manage time efficiently, communicate clearly with team members, and organize tasks effectively. Skills and Competencies
