https://video.oracle.com/detail/video/579539284100 Collaborate with product managers, developers, leadership and subject matter experts to understand user needs, problems, and goals across diverse use cases. Experience in setting up design system by defining design principles, creating component library, documenting usability guidance, and gaining buy-in from the cross functional teams Lead the design process across multiple projects, while also coordinating the effort with other designers. Communicate the user experience throughout the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, and high-fidelity prototypes. Facilitate and be an advocate for the design process across product, engineering, and cross-functional teams. Advocate for a user-centered culture by involving the team in feedback from customers, sharing insights, and creating empathy. Produce documentation and processes to ensure a holistic, strategic, detailed approach to design across the organization. Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented and reflect design intent. Contribute to our central design governance program to ensure a high bar of quality across the Oracle Cloud platform. Ensure the delivery of a consistent user experience across the product.
