ABOUT THE POSITION

As a UI/UX Designer at ASTEC Digital, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our connectivity platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and engineers, to transform complex technical features into user-friendly designs.

Key Activities & Responsibilities :

Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to illustrate your design concepts. Create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions. Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design solutions. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design. To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are : Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Experience with construction or industrial equipment industry is a plus. Supervisor and Leadership Expectations No supervisory responsibilities.
