Escape Room Game Master
- “Thing” at Gamers Excape Gamers Excape 2830 East Bearss Avenue, Tampa, FL 33613 As a Game Master, you will be responsible for creating an immersive and interactive gaming experience for players.
At Gamers Excape, we call our main team of GM’s “Things”, as a play on the Dr. Suess books! We like to have fun as we are an entertainment business, but need professional and reliable individuals to keep day-to-day operations flowing smoothly. You will guide participants through various challenges, puzzles, and storylines to ensure an enjoyable and memorable adventure. Responsibilities
- Lead gaming sessions and provide clear instructions to players
- Set up and reset game rooms with props and clues
- Monitor game progress and provide hints or assistance when needed
- Ensure the safety and well-being of players throughout the gaming experience Skills
- Strong public speaking skills to engage and entertain players
- Ability to work with children in a fun and engaging manner
- Events management skills to begin games within booking times, especially on busy days
- Excellent guest services skills to provide exceptional customer experiences
- Proficiency in conflict management to handle challenging situations effectively
- Background in theater or performance arts (nice-to-have) for enhancing storytelling elements
