• Job Summary
• The Game Master will be responsible for running rooms and making sure each guest has an amazing experience.
• Duties
• Manage and facilitate interactive games and activities for guests
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
• Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during gameplay
• Coordinate and host events, parties, and special activities
• Requirements
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children is a plus
• Familiarity with resort or entertainment industry practices
