Game Master Lok’d Room Escape 1500 South Willow Street, Manchester, NH 03103 Lok’d Room Escape is looking for a friendly, creative, and resourceful Game Master. We provide an escape room experience for all ages varying in different themes, puzzles, and difficulties. A Game Master is a customer-facing role so we are looking for someone who wants to work with people and help facilitate and answer any questions a party might have about our rooms. Responsibilities Greet Guests in Friendly Manner Confirm/Complete Booking using reservation software Carry out the pre-game briefing, following the relevant game-specific script and ensuring the key points are covered Fully supervise the game from beginning to end, remotely using CCTV and either a typed or spoken clueing system Resetting the room to the exact specification of the game-specific reset list Cover reception/front lobby duties such as cleaning, customer service, or more depending on tasks given Deal with any face-to-face or telephone booking or enquiries between games Making emergency repairs and replacements to damaged or broken game items and reporting any potential wear and tear to the manager/supervisor as swiftly and efficiently as possible Participate in the preparation, building, and testing of props, games, and puzzles.
