V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Web Designer 3 for our premier client in Atlanta, Georgia.
Education and Experience »
Experience with Adobe creative cloud products a plus
Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics usage and website reporting a plus
Knowledge of API hooks with other platforms (ex. Workday, social media platforms, etc.)
Knowledge of ESRI or mapping software a plus
Knowledge of ADA web accessibility compliance and

WCAG 2.1

standards
Maintains a professional understanding of web development by tracking trends and participating in study groups.
Evaluates written code to ensure it meets industry standards and is compatible with all devices using Standard and Mobile device design.
Executes assignments with the use of web applications, scripts, and programming languages such as WordPress, Drupal, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
Designs assignments with web services like REST, SOAP, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Job Responsibilities:

Creates solutions for identified problems or bugs.
Develops and validates test routines to ensure the quality of the external and internal interface.
Plans and delivers software platforms and products across multiple organizational units.
Understands UI and UX, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards.
Communicates with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders daily.
Builds, designs, and maintains assigned websites and software applications.
Function as the IT subject matter expert for website creation and design.
Provide an IT development and user support role for website development.
Testing the website before deployment and debugging the website code.
Maintaining the website and supporting the organization/client on website updates.
Ensuring responsive design that adapts seamlessly to various screen sizes.
Collaborating with designers to understand and execute their vision.
Connecting the database and maintaining integrations.
Ensure quality development and operation of assigned tasks.
