We are a growing team of upbeat, outgoing, visually driven creatives who help our clients develop their online presence and make an impact. We shoot commercials, dress in dinosaur costumes, and create lasting marketing strategies for a range of clients (More on the dinosaur costumes later). We have worked with brands like Timberland, NEMO equipment, Title boxing intl., Tivoli Audio among others! We are also one of the fastest growing construction marketing companies out there! We are adding a Website Manager to our growing team. The ideal candidate for this role is self-motivated and highly skilled in website development and maintenance. We’re looking for a candidate experienced in using WordPress and various themes/builders such as Elementor, etc. This candidate must have excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical teams. From layout to functionality, you will work closely with our creative team and clients to build the best website for their company and needs, as well as perform routine maintenance and update websites as requested. Our hope is to have a positive voice in the room working hand in hand with our creative team, helping with the why and how behind building a beautiful, functional website. Responsibilities Conceptualize & collaborate on website ideas Explore themes, templates, plugins, and other necessities to determine what will work best for a client’s website Create site maps and mockups to communicate design ideas and interaction Interface with clients to get their ideas and input, and develop designs based off their requirements Establish and promote internal design guidelines, best practices, and standards Continue learning no matter what Have fun building websites! Skills Background in creating WordPress websites with builders such as Divi and Elementor Knowledge of SEO best practices Ability to multitask Knowledge of current best practices Understanding of WordPress Knowledge of hosting platforms & domain registrars (we use Kinsta!)
