Description:

 Web Designer The Web Designer role involves managing assigned tasks as it relates to the company’s external website, intranet page, and agency website, producing high-quality work, pursuing continuous improvement, and leveraging modern technology to fulfill the responsibilities outlined below. Additionally, the Web Designer collaborates on various projects, maintains operational data, and engages with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize, execute, oversee, evaluate, and enhance internal and external websites.
• Aid in website redesign initiatives, ensuring alignment with the agencys branding, strategy, and standards.
• Address and resolve all website-related issues.
• Perform content audits to remove redundant or duplicate information.
• Support the technical development of new learning materials and edit existing media resources.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and accessibility guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members on various digital initiatives.
• Assist in developing and maintaining trackers and the internal unit/division SharePoint site as required.

• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Simplify complex information, present findings, and offer actionable recommendations;

• Knowledge of web analytics and SEO
• Exceptional time management skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• 2+ years as a Webmaster or Web Developer
