WEB PRODUCTION DESIGNER

Modis has an immediate contract opening for a Web ProductionDesigner with our client, the largest online retailer in theUS!

Overview:

Our client is seeking a talented, fast hands web productiondesigner with proven eCommerce experience and a passion forclothing and retail. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented anddeadline-oriented who has demonstrated success translating designconcept into actual web optimized assets. This includes performingimage & design updates for all assets as well as assistingsenior team members to create marketing asset creation (e.g. socialassets, banner ads, email banners and etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Creation/ resizing of static and animated web assets based onapproved creative.
• Keep the tight deadline for daily production schedule with seniorteam members.
• Interface with senior team members to proof arts before assetsare finalized and uploaded.
• Maintain clear and constructive communication with otherdesigners and merchant team.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in web design and production
• Strong Mac experience
• Intermediate to advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Solid understanding of HTML/XHTML and CSS
• Time management skills
• Light-level of retouching photos
• Ability to learn the work process quickly
• Knowledge on

Excel Preferred Qualifications:

• Aptitude for quick creative thinking and lightretouching is must
• Well-organized; time management skills a must
• Acute attention to detail within demandingdeadlines
• Strong interest in technology, e-commerce, fashionand retail What will be the day-to-day activities for this role?

• Keep the tight deadline for daily MyHabit production schedulewith senior team member. Deadline is daily.
• Follow up on the project status with the Project Manager and theTeam Leader daily
• Interface with senior team members to proof arts before assetsare finalized and uploaded
