Compensation Hourly Rate Range:

$65 – $120/hr depending on experience What You’ll Be Doing Lead backend development focused on integrations with external platforms
Build web services and DevOps solutions to support high-scale growth
Develop secure financial transaction systems for rent collection
Integrate payment processors like Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Chime, and others
Support property management software integrations (Yardi, Appfolio, etc.)
Collaborate closely with leadership to prioritize technical initiatives
Contribute to building the foundation for future development and scalability What You’ll Need to be Considered Expertise in backend system integrations across platforms
Strong knowledge of payment systems, aggregators, and transaction processing
Experience with accounting software general ledger development
DevOps expertise (especially AWS environments)
Ability to operate as a technical lead in a fast-paced, growing startup
Familiarity with tools like NodeJS, React, TypeScript, and serverless architecture
