This role supports web administrators and designers throughout the full development lifecycle, contributing to the development of new site features and ensuring the integrity of SHEBA’s digital infrastructure.
Role and Responsibilities Software & Web Development:
Design, implement, and debug software code for web and mobile applications. Develop back-end databases and create SQL queries via CGI scripting.
Infrastructure & Maintenance:
Develop and maintain web infrastructure, including back-end architecture and database structures.
Course Development:
Work with Teachable to create and maintain an educational platform specifically tailored for Veteran Assistance programs and Youth Empowerment gaming courses. Collaborate with content creators and instructional designers to ensure courses are engaging and accessible.
Technical Support & Device Management:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and support the operation of printers, copiers, and desktops. Ensure all equipment remains functional, performing repairs or coordinating with external vendors as needed.
Web Technologies:
Utilize web tools and technologies, including CSS, JavaScript, HTML, PERL, PHP, Active Server Pages, Teachable, SQL, and C++, to develop efficient, reliable solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in web development or a related role. Strong knowledge of web technologies and tools.
