Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Other duties may be assigned. ?Partner with the eCommerce Merchandise team to plan out messagingand align creative work ahead of delivery times. ?Provide quick turnaround of marketing assets including dailyemails, landing pages, homepage updates, promotions, display/affiliate marketing banners, facebook/twitter support, mobile sitecontent. ?Responsible for projects from concept through implementation -including graphic design, creating prototypes/mock-ups,development, coding, testing, and debugging. ?Implement the vision of the online experience; including design,informational architecture & brand identity, ensuring consistencyacross the entire visual presentation. ?Work collaboratively with eCommerce and Marketing colleagues, aswell as third party and other key stakeholders to capture designrequirements and translate them into design solutions that drivebusiness results. ?Upgrades, maintains and provides ongoing advanced design of thewebsite, promos, and advertising banners as well as seasonalcontent that are visually compelling and brand appropriate. ?Ability to lead creative projects and bring them from concept tocompletion. Ideal candidate will have ecommerce web design experience at otherretailers or marketing agencies. ?5+ years of web design experience with demonstrable skillsrepresented by a portfolio of work. ?3+ years’ experience working in an eCommerce business. ?High level of proficiency with the following programs & languages:

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, HTML/DHTML, CSS,JavaScript, AJAX ?Firm understanding of web standards, cross-browser compatibility,and image optimization techniques ?Elegant graphic, typography and web design skills with interactivedesign experience ?Superior attention to detail and the ability to handle multipleprojects are crucial. ?Prior online web design experience. Strong knowledge/backgroundrelated to web creative and associated concepts. ?Detailed understanding of the Internet as it relates to workingwith an enterprise level eCommerce website.
