We work with clients worldwide and recently extended our US business by partnering with US individuals who help us secure US projects and jobs from clients. Our developers communicate with clients during interviews and meetings using our partners’ names, as our US partners are not technical. However II. Technical Manager Responsibilities As a technical manager at Createry, your responsibilities will include the following: Interviewing clients in the US to secure projects and jobs under our US partners’ names. Managing projects with our developers. Although our developers will work and code for the projects directly with the clients, you should still check their progress in some cases. Being available during US workdays, from 9 am to 5 pm in the US Eastern timezone(can be slightly adjusted to accommodate your availability), to attend meetings. You have free time between meetings, and you should be prepared to attend meetings immediately in some cases. But urgent meetings are not frequent. III. Technical Manager Requirements To be considered for the role of technical manager at Createry, you should have the following qualifications: Experience with web development and related technologies to manage meetings and projects effectively. We mainly work on .NET, Angular, React, and Node projects. Native-level English fluency or advanced proficiency, with a silent accent being acceptable. Comfortable with impersonating others to interview clients under our US partners’ names. IV. Meeting Steps and Tips To ensure successful meetings with clients, here is a step-by-step guide you should follow: Determine the client’s background (technical, semi-technical, business, or recruiter) by checking the job description, online profiles, and chat history. This will help you tailor your conversation to their needs and interests. Identify the technologies they are using. Knowing the technologies they use will help you better understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Understand their business domain (social, banking, healthcare, etc.).
