Miami, Florida, United States Remote job – Apr 25We are seeking askilled Data Analytics Developer to join our team, focusing ondelivering data-driven solutions for small to medium-sizedbusinesses (SMBs). The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in data analytics, back-end development skills, and apassion for helping SMBs leverage data to drive growth andefficiency.

Language preferred but not required:

Russian. (Directhire / work from home)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain data analytics solutions usingtools like Python, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. Build and manage back-end systems to support data pipelines,including data ingestion, storage, and processing (e.g., usingdatabases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or APIs). Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources toidentify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for businessdecision-making. Create and automate dashboards, reports, and visualizations toprovide SMBs with real-time insights into their operations, sales,and customer behavior. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand businessrequirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize data processes, workflows, and back-end infrastructureto improve efficiency and scalability for resource-constrainedSMBs. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevantregulations (e.g., GDPR). Provide training and support to SMB clients on interpreting andusing analytics tools effectively.

Qualifications:

Languages:

English (Required), Russian (Preferred but notrequired) 3+ years of experience in data analytics with demonstratedback-end development skills (e.g., building data pipelines,managing databases, working with APIs). Proven experience working with SMBs, understanding their uniquechallenges and resource constraints. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the abilityto interpret complex datasets. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI,Tableau, or similar platforms. Experience with back-end technologies like Python, SQL,Node.js, or similar for data processing and integration. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud,Azure) is a plus. Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts tonon-technical stakeholders.
