EnterHarmonyus…A science-backed, AI-powered relationship coachdesigned to strengthen real human connections. Our app acts like animpartial third party, providing real-time feedback and insightfulanalysis to transform conversations. Initially focused on couples,our platform will expand to address other interpersonalrelationships: family dynamics, friendships, and workplaceinteractions. Our functional prototype is ready and now we needsomeone exceptional to scale it into the world’s first AI-poweredmulti-party mediation platform.

Your Role:

Founding Engineer &CTOYou’ll lead our tech strategy, fully own our stack, and innovateat the forefront of AI-powered communication coaching. If buildingimpactful products, moving fast, and exploring cutting-edge AIexcites you, this role is your perfect fit.

Note:

This is anexciting opportunity to join as a co-founder and earn a significantequity stake in the company. Initially, compensation will beequity-only, but a competitive salary will be provided afterfunding round.

What You’ll DoTech & Product Development Take complete ownership of our tech stack, including scaling,infrastructure, and DevOps (CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring,and deployment). Evolve our POC into polished, scalable products-includingnative mobile applications-that people love. Ensure robust security and privacy for our users’ sensitiveconversations. Build and lead a tech team, guiding hiring and mentorship as wegrow. Explore integrations with complementary platforms, services, orhardware to accelerate growth and functionality.

AI & Innovation Build emotionally intelligent AI agents that provide real-time,context-aware communication feedback to help users navigateconversations. Leverage RAG, fine-tuning, context window optimization, andprompt engineering to ensure insights feel deeply relevant andactionable. Explore edge AI and privacy-focused solutions for secure,low-latency interactions. Lay the groundwork for proprietary AI models as we scale.
