Front-End Web Developer (Elementor Specialist )Role Overview Haven Health Management is seeking a skilled Front-End Web Developer to join our web development team. In this full-time role you’ll be responsible for enhancing and maintaining a portfolio of healthcare websites with a focus on usability, performance, and brand consistency. We are looking for a detail-oriented developer with deep Elementor experience and a strong grasp of front-end performance optimization, responsive design, and UX best practices. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment and is passionate about building accessible, patient-centered websites that prioritize usability, clarity, and performance. Responsibilities Build and maintain custom pages and templates using Elementor , HTML , CSS , and JavaScript within the WordPress ecosystem. Ensure all builds reflect brand design standards and accessibility guidelines. Convert Figma designs and wireframes into high-quality, production-ready templates. Improve page speed and overall site performance by optimizing layouts, media assets, and Elementor components. Ensure seamless user experiences across all screen sizes and major browsers through responsive design techniques and accessibility best practices. Format and manage web assets to maintain visual quality and optimize load times across mobile and desktop devices. Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve front-end bugs before and after deployment. Monitor site health and performance metrics, and implement solutions that maintain long-term code integrity and usability. Work closely with marketing , design , development , and QA teams to scope features, refine functionality, and provide accurate timelines. Demonstrate flexibility and openness to feedback by incorporating edits quickly and efficiently, while proactively noting patterns or preferences to improve future work. Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in front-end web development Deep expertise in Elementor, WordPress, and Figma Must provide relevant experience or portfolio Proficient in JavaScript , HTML , and CSS Demonstrated ability to optimize website performance and responsiveness, with a focus on user experience Skilled in cross-browser compatibility testing and front-end debugging techniques Bonus Qualifications Experience with PHP. Backend development experience and site management such as implementing plugins, themes, or SEO. Familiarity with building sites that support multiple languages or accessibility standards. Proficiency in Spanish.
