Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, evaluate and recommend short-term and long-termsolutions to customer issues that have been identified as productdevelopment defects. Provide application development support via email and phone. Track and maintain all client communications and cases in ticketmanagement system. Deliver innovative solutions to complicated business problems. Collaborate with other developers on your team. Technical contributor to software projects. Implement software products, enhancements, issue resolutions basedon provided functional specifications. Understand and keep up to date on the latest product functionality,its dependencies, the underlying technology stack and theiroperational impact Monitor and manage back-end automated processes to ensureapplication uptime requirements. Work with a cross functional team to understand the root cause ofissues reported and suggest alternate options whereappropriate.
