Senior Backend JAVA Developer
Job Description-
Role and Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and testing of Wireless Network Provisioning Systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network, Billing, Field, Architects) to deliver customer-centric solutions
Analyze and resolve production issues; plan for proper resolution
Provide architectural oversight for systems and services
Promote and implement Agile software development practices
Define system architecture and lead end-to-end design
Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and availability of applications
Develop roadmaps, build governance, and communicate with senior stakeholders
Drive business productivity through process automation and technology enhancements
Lead and mentor technology staff to improve delivery and quality
Deep dive into code for troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for agile delivery
Stay current with industry best practices and introduce innovative solutions
We are looking for hands on Experience in-
Java, Spring, Spring Boot
Oracle, Redis, Kafka
AWS computing (including EC2, EKS, Lambda)
Microservices and cloud-native architecture
Strong experience in backend and frontend (React.

JS) development
CI/CD pipeline development and automation
