Days ONSITE Alpharetta, GA Role Overview :
80% hands-on coding , 20% oversight & collaboration Work across multiple projects within the Developer Studio Agile/Scrum environment – sprints tracked in Jira Collaborate with teams across West Coast, East Coast, and Offshore Ownership of backend development for the Developer Studio platform
What We’re Looking For :
7-8 years of total experience 4-5 years of solid hands-on work in Java and Python (backend focused) Experience with both Java development and Python projects (especially with recent AI integrations) Someone with a strong architectural mindset who can handle project delivery independently from the backend side Should be comfortable stepping into a mentorship/lead-like capacity (formal leadership experience isn’t required, just the willingness and confidence to lead) Some familiarity with DevOps tools and processes is expected (they use Azure, but it’s not a must-have) Exposure to GoLang is a plus – they’re currently migrating from GoLang to Java Interest or background in FinTech is a bonus
