Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated E-commerce Web Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines technical website management with strategic digital marketing to support and grow our online presence and e-commerce sales. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, creative, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Natoli’s websites to ensure responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing interfaces. Manage and optimize the e-commerce store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and checkout experience. Implement and maintain SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and search engine visibility. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid search (Google Ads), and display advertising. Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Collaborate with internal departments to understand business needs and translate them into effective online solutions. Stay current with digital trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development and online marketing.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience with website development and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce). Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks. Solid understanding of SEO best practices and relevant tools. Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal). Familiarity with A/B testing and website optimization tools. Graphic design experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
