As part of that mission, we’re hiring an Engineering Lead to guide the team behind our core e-commerce platform, AeroflowSleep.com . You’ll lead a team of six frontend engineers working primarily in React, TypeScript, and Next.js , including a group transitioning. This is a true player/coach role—you’ll contribute code, mentor developers, drive delivery, and ensure your team is executing against high standards. What You’ll Do Lead a team of six engineers, including coaching, feedback, hiring, and performance management Own delivery across key initiatives—especially the evolution and maintenance of AeroflowSleep.com Provide technical guidance to upskill developers transitioning from Adobe Commerce to React Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable through direct, supportive communication Contribute hands-on code in React/Next.js and participate in reviews and architecture decisions Partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Revenue Cycle to deliver scalable, secure web solutions Foster a strong engineering culture rooted in quality, clarity, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For 3+ years of production-level experience building web applications in React, TypeScript, and Next.js Experience leading or mentoring other engineers (formal or informal leadership is fine) Strong communication skills—you’re clear, direct, and comfortable giving feedback A track record of delivering high-quality, customer-facing web applications Experience working in larger teams or organizations with clear ownership boundaries Ability to coach team members, resolve blockers, and elevate performance Nice to Have Background in e-commerce or healthcare technology Familiarity with design systems and frontend performance optimization Experience in startup and growth-stage companies What Aeroflow Offers Competitive Pay, Health Plans with FSA or HSA options, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Optional Life Insurance, 401K with Company Match, 12 weeks of parental leave for birthing parent/ 4 weeks leave for non-birthing parent(s), Additional Parental benefits to include fertility stipends, free diapers, breast pump, Paid Holidays, PTO Accrual from day one, Employee Assistance Programs and
