Job Description

Web Developer Quantico, VA – 100% onsite TS/SCI clearance

Administer, develop, and testweb-based applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX).
Write, test, and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries andprocedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OracleAPEX applications, databases, and environments.
Stay up to datewith new Oracle APEX features and best practices.
Modifypreviously written source code to add enhancements, fix problems,and make changes to ensure compatibility with current security andother configuration requirements.
Design, build, test, implement,and maintain software applications for AFOSI.
Ensure that allapplication deliverables and systems comply with applicable DISASTIGs or Security Requirements Guidance.
Maintain and bug fixweb-based applications based on a mix of languages (.NET, HTML,CSS, Java, C#, PowerShell).
Ensure code is written in compliancewith all pertinent DoD security guidelines.
Manage theconfiguration of all software code to ensure baselines areestablished, changes are tracked and logged, and synchronizationbetween source code and executable code.
Design, develop, andmaintain websites with guidance provided by

onfunctionality, content, ease of use, continuity between networks,and aesthetic suitability.

5 years experience indeveloping web application front ends, supporting the full lifecycle for implementing web-based systems, and with OracleApplication Express (APEX) programming.
Bachelor’s degree in arelated field desired.
Must be Security certified (or hold asimilar certification in compliance with DoD 8140 IAT Level II).Oracle APEX certification a plus.
Must have extensive experiencewith Oracle APEX ver 4 and 5.
Experience coding in HTML,JavaScript, and knowledge of JavaScript based frameworks.
Strongknowledge of SQL scripting and data relationships.
Experiencewith Oracle, PL/SQL, CSS, jQuery, and .NET.
Experience in a lawenforcement environment desired.
Must have strong communicationskills and be able to work independently and with a team.
Must bea US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance with SCIaccess (TS/SCI).
