JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented professional who will be responsible for overseeing our e-commerce operations and driving our web design initiatives. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platforms, optimizing online sales, and designing visually appealing and user-friendly web experiences. As the E-commerce Manager & Web Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping our online presence and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and align the website within the organization’s brand, strategy and standards. Maintain User Experience throughout different marketplaces by improving/optimizing images, product descriptions, attributes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute effective digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media initiatives. Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Utilize analytics tools and reporting to track and measure the performance of the e-commerce platform and marketing campaigns. Perform other web-related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Ability to think outside the box to come up with needed solutions. Capable of working with our vendor partners on website to supply all information associated with ad block sizes and design criteria. Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity and develop new social media campaigns.

• Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce or retail management, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
• Proficiency in web design tools and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must be very organized and able to multitask on different projects meeting deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 3-5 years of web design and social media management experience
• Prior experience with

SAGE 100

a plus.

• Knowledge of the turf industry preferred but mot required.

Highly motivated. Self-starter, and ability to work independently. Must have strong communication and organizational skills. Works well under pressure and capable of meeting deadlines. Quality work along with a great attention to detail.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$45,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
