Azure MVC Software deployment DevOps Mid-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 .NET Back-end development WCAG Agile 2 years Communication skills Full Job Description We are seeking Sitefinity Web Portal Developer to join our team who will be the key member of the Permitting Transformation Program (PTP) team. The developer will lead the design and implementation of a modern web portal using Progress Sitefinity 14.x, integrating it with the Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics 365), EPA shared services registration data, and other enterprise systems. This role requires both front-end and back-end expertise and the ability to work in an Agile environment alongside developers, architects, and business analysts to deliver secure, scalable, and accessible digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain the organization’s Sitefinity-based web portal (v14.x), including custom modules, widgets, and themes. Integrate the portal with Microsoft Dynamics 365, EPA shared services registration data, and other external/internal systems via APIs and secure data exchange. Collaborate with technical architects, developers, and analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Ensure adherence to accessibility (WCAG), usability, and web development best practices. Implement authentication and identity integration (e.g., Azure AD, OAuth2, SAML). Contribute to Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning) and support iterative development processes. Develop and manage deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, following DevOps practices. Create technical documentation and participate in knowledge sharing with the broader PTP team.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience in Sitefinity development, including Sitefinity 14.x administration. 5+ years of .NET development experience using standards-based approaches and MVC architecture. 2+ years experience integrating web portals with EPA shared services registration data or similar external systems. 2+ years experience proficiency in Agile development practices, including iterative development, daily stand-ups, and sprint planning. 2+ years experience working with Azure DevOps, including managing build and deployment pipelines. Strong ability to learn and adapt to evolving technologies, tools, and development frameworks. Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD workflows. Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Experience with TPC (Technical Performance Criteria) is a plus.
