The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, particularly with WordPress, and will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality websites. You will work closely with designers and other developers to deliver responsive, user-friendly web solutions that meet our clients’ needs. Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins to enhance website functionality. Collaborate with designers to implement responsive web designs that provide an optimal user experience across various devices. Utilize Java, Express.js, jQuery, and .NET frameworks as needed for specific project requirements. Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from planning through deployment and maintenance. Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to best practices in web development. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website performance, functionality, and security. Implement GraphQL for efficient data retrieval in applications where applicable. Stay updated on emerging trends in web development and WordPress technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Requirements Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. Familiarity with responsive web design principles and frameworks. Experience with Visual Studio or similar IDEs for development purposes. Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and best practices in software development. Understanding of version control systems such as Git is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
