THE ROLE

As a Founding Front-End Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and building intuitive, high-impact user interfaces-starting with an open-source observability dashboard. You’ll work closely with a small, technical team to shape the product’s direction and user experience, while also having the opportunity to expand your skills across the stack.

Lead the design and development of front-end features, starting with the observability dashboard.
Build delightful, performant interfaces using tools like React, Remix, and Tailwind.
Collaborate with a technical team to shape product direction and user experience.
Contribute to open-source projects and help define engineering best practices.
Expand your skill set across the stack (e.g., Rust, ML) as the company grows.
SKILLS
Masters or PhD in Comp Sci from a globally recognized institution
Strong technical background with experience leading front-end projects from inception to deployment.
Deep expertise in front-end development, particularly with React and modern frameworks.
Passion for design and building developer tools that are both functional and delightful.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Preference for in-person collaboration in a high-energy NYC office.
