At least 2 years of hands-on experience in front-enddevelopment A passion for aesthetically pleasing, intuitivefront-ends Understanding of semantic markup, HTML5, andCSS3 Solid understanding of modern JavaScript patterns andpractices Experience with designing large, maintainable JavaScriptapplications Experience with MVC web frameworks Experience working under source control (preferablyGit) Excellent client communication skills
