We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer 3 to deliver world class code, helping our team further pursue our mission of creating digital products, providing hope to others in every walk of life. You will be responsible for tackling complex technical challenges, and mentoring fellow engineers, all while developing deep business and domain knowledge across our products. This person needs to be a natural born leader. You have 4+ years of software engineering experience You have strong frontend experience, preferable React, Vue, or similar You have exposure to working in service-based backend as well (this role will be 70% frontend, 30% backend) You have desire to work in the code daily You have previous experience leading processes and mentoring other engineers You have excellent problem-solving skills, love teamwork, and have a positive approach toward overcoming business challenges You have a willingness to develop business acumen and domain knowledge in our products You are someone with a high sense of agency, someone who can think through problems and solve them from multiple angles (i.e business, technology, stakeholders, etc.) You have worked in an enterprise team environment
