Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Webmaster & Merchandising Manager with strong experience in Shopify and a passion for fashion e-commerce. This role is responsible for driving conversion, improving customer experience, and executing merchandising strategies across our online storefront. You will serve as the go-to person for all web content, front-end updates, promotions, and user engagement. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional position that will work closely with marketing, vendors, and leadership to maintain and grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management & Merchandising Own the daily merchandising of the site: homepage, navigation, collections, and product pages Overhaul category and brand pages to include: High-quality brand imagery SEO-rich descriptions “About the Brand” features and visual storytelling Manage site navigation updates using apps and customizations Run regular A/B testing to optimize user flow and site engagement Promotions & Sales Strategy Develop and maintain an annual sales and promotional calendar, working across departments and with vendors for execution Create dedicated landing pages, timed banners, and email flows for promotions Launch and manage campaigns for FSA/HSA eligible products with compelling visuals and education pages Customer Engagement & Retention Implement and manage a live chat tool to support conversions and real-time interaction Drive social engagement by incentivizing customers to tag the brand and share product photos Roll out loyalty tools, rewards pop-ups, and site incentives to improve LTV and referral rates Site Experience Enhancements Lead visual and functional updates to the About Us and policy pages, highlighting: Our status as an authorized reseller Our commitment to offering industry-leading discounts Ensure clean, consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints Troubleshoot site issues and collaborate with developers when necessary
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years experience managing a Shopify website in a fashion or eyewear e-commerce environment Strong background in site merchandising, CRO, and on-site marketing Familiarity with Shopify apps for navigation, A/B testing, bundling, and live chat Excellent understanding of sales calendars, promotional flows, and product discounting strategy Visual and UX instincts, able to maintain clean and engaging design layouts
Bonus:
Experience with SEO tools, Klaviyo, Canva/Figma, and data analysis in Google Analytics or GA4 Why Join Us?
