Job Summary:
As our E-Commerce store administrator / Web Marketing Lead , you will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our products and services on all of our web platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, Walmart and Amazon . You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong technical skills and a passion for performance-based marketing. We have built a solid foundation and are now looking for a driven and determined individual that can help lead us to new heights. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results Evaluate emerging technologies; provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Oversee day-to-day operations of our Shopify store Ensure the website is fully optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO Monitor and update product descriptions, images, tags, and metadata Continuously identify ways to improve user experience and increase sales Stay up-to-date with e-commerce and SEO trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications:
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the web marketing space Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices Experience in SEO, email marketing, social media, and/or PPC campaigns Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Shopify ,Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress) Proven experience managing a Shopify store Strong understanding of SEO and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) Ability to create effective landing pages and promotional content using Shopify tools or apps Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Meta Pixel Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Excellent communication and organizational skills Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have): Email marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) Familiarity with Shopify apps for upsells, reviews, etc. Basic
