Description We are looking for a Web Administrator to oversee and enhance our digital platforms while ensuring optimal performance and security. This role is integral to maintaining the organization’s online presence, including e-commerce systems, and providing technical support for web-based tools and integrations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain web servers and e-commerce platforms to support seamless online operations.
• Monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading times and minimal downtime.
• Implement security measures to safeguard digital assets and protect sensitive information.
• Conduct audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to strengthen system security.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior for actionable insights.
• Perform regular backups and manage backup technologies to ensure data integrity and recovery.
• Configure and maintain content management systems (CMS) for streamlined content updates.
• Provide technical support for web-based applications and integrations, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align web functionalities with business goals.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve user experience and optimize website features. Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in web administration or a related IT role.
• Proficiency in managing Content Management Systems (CMS) and web servers.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics for monitoring and analyzing website traffic.
• Familiarity with IIS and configuration management tools.
• Experience with auditing processes to identify and resolve security vulnerabilities.
• Understanding of backup technologies and data recovery procedures.
• Solid grasp of computer hardware and networking principles.
• Ability to conduct A/B testing and improve website performance based on results.
