Vary The Passenger Service Ramp Agent provide customer service to passengers as well as inbound/outbound aircraft. What does a Passenger Service Ramp Agent do? Meet and greet Customers with tickets Provide assistance to passengers as requested or required Monitors ticket counter and self-service check-in queue activity Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) Assist with the ticketing and boarding process, gate, and baggage services Provide ground support of inbound and outbound aircraft including baggage handling, mail and freight handling, aircraft servicing, driving motorized equipment Cleaning of aircraft interior What skills are required to Join the Team? Must be 18 years or older Must have a valid driver’s License Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successfully completing a background check and ten-year work history. Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions as it relates to the role All applicants must consent to and pass a drug test as part of a conditional job offer. –

REQUIRED Language Skills:
