We are looking for an individual who is passionate about exceptional customer service and eager to help elevate our business. As a Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our store team members in their daily tasks, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining a smooth service flow within the airport environment.

  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Opening and closing the store precisely at scheduled times.
  • Managing phone calls and processing reservations efficiently.
  • Handling rental agreement initiation and completion.
  • Managing all necessary paperwork for after-hours rentals.
  • Delegating tasks effectively to team members.
  • Providing active assistance and support to fellow store employees in their duties.
  • Contributing to the training and performance evaluation processes for new hires, trainees, and annual reviews.
  • Engaging directly with customers to address their needs, feedback, and concerns.
  • Implementing strategies to market the store through various channels, including outreach to potential clients and local businesses.
  • Processing payments for damages, excess mileage, smoking incidents, and excessively unclean vehicles.
  • Ensuring timely submission of all required documentation to our claims department for damages and long-term rentals.
  • Serving as a point of contact with HR for various matters such as personnel issues, new employee onboarding, uniform requests, and time-off approvals.
  • Conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring rental rates daily and communicating any significant deviations to the rates department for adjustments.
  • Conducting daily checks of all rental vehicles on the lot to verify their presence and identify any overnight damage or theft.
  • Regularly assessing the overall flow and efficiency of store operations.
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with upper management regarding sales performance, employee matters, and other pertinent information.
  • Overseeing vehicle maintenance, including washing, identifying new damage or smoking incidents, tire rotation, managing oil change schedules, replacing lights and wipers, coordinating repairs (body and mechanical), scheduling oil changes, and identifying when tire replacements are needed.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of both the interior and exterior of the office premises.
  • We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • Mandatory:
  • Previous management experience.
  • Proven ability to effectively multitask.

  • A thorough understanding of company policies and the ability to apply them effectively.

  • Comfort with our highly engaged, in-terminal business model, including daily reporting and communication with corporate leadership.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to our corporate office or other airport locations for training and meetings with minimal notice.
  • Adaptability to changing policies and the ability to train staff on new procedures promptly.

  • Compensation details:
  • Salary range: $40,000 – $60,000 annually, commensurate with previous experience.
  • Bonus potential: Up to $10,000 annually, paid out quarterly based on performance metrics, including:
  • Overtime reduction.
  • Successful hiring and training of new employees.
  • Development of local branch opportunities and acquisition of insurance replacement business.
  • Achievement of upselling targets (vehicle upgrades, prepaid fuel, roadside assistance, coverage options).
  • Cost reduction in operational supplies.
  • Effective fleet management to maximize profitability over the vehicle lifecycle.
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service matrix targets (4-star reviews and above).
  • Consistent maximization of every sales opportunity and a daily commitment to performing at 110%.
