Passenger Assistance Supervisor-MCI Airport 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars 1 Kansas City Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64153 G2 Secure Staff is expanding and looking to add to the Passenger Assistance Agent Supervisor operations at Kansas City International Airport (MCI) . This position is also known as Wheelchair Agent.

Vary The Passenger Assistance Agent Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of an assigned team of agents. The supervisor will ensure day to day productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met. What does a Passenger Assistant Agent Supervisor do? Oversee day-to-day activities of specific shift operation including employee group Maintain accuracy of timekeeping Ensure implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS) Implement safety plan for station Maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues relating to performance and safety, providing suitable corrective and/or preventative actions where necessary Manage work load Properly utilize company and client vehicles and equipment Report all discrepancies to the Account Manager and or General Manager. What skills are required to Join the Team? Must be 18 years or older Must have a valid driver’s license Must have at least 1 year of supervisor experience Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successfully completing a background check and ten-year work history. Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation All applicants must consent to and pass a drug test as part of a conditional job offer. –
REQUIRED Language Skills:
