• Job Summary:

• Specialty Transportation is seeking dedicated School Bus Drivers to join our team.

As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, school bus transportation knowledge, and a commitment to passenger safety. Pay is based on years of service and driving record. CDL license is required, paid training will be provided.

• Duties:

• Safely drive buses to transport students
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle
• Follow designated routes and schedules
• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues and supervisiors
• Manage passenger behavior professionally
• Conduct vehicle inspections for safety compliance

• Skills:

• Valid CDL driver’s license with Passenger and School Bus endorsement, training paid and provided by Specialty Transportation, Inc.
• Experience in behavior management (nice-to-have)
• Strong customer service skills
• Additional work for the ambitious
